Lake Königssee and Lake Oberssee

Lake Königsee and Oberssee was an interetinb exercise between the rain and the sun. It rained quite heavy the first day and we were soaked to the bone after dodging the rain and slogging through the marsh. We had only planned one day out but by the following morning the skies began to slowly clear and by noon the sun started peaking through so we ventured back out. Despite the 600+ km drive at the end of the day to get home, it was worth the extra effort. You be the judge.
